Prepayment required
To confirm your booking, the call-out fee must be paid in advance. We don't attend site (warranty or non-warranty) until prepayment has been received.
Emergency Callout (After Hours) — $475
Includes up to the first 30 minutes onsite. Then $250/hr billed in 15-minute increments.
After hours: Mon–Fri 5pm–7am; Sat 4pm–Mon 7am.
Emergency callouts are subject to availability and service area.

How much is a gate or garage door service call-out in Logan?
Residential call-out is $175. The fee covers our travel, diagnosis and up to the first 30 minutes onsite. Any time over the initial 30 mins is billed at $135/hr (15-minute increments). Parts are additional if required.
Do you need prepayment before you come out?
Yes. Prepayment of the call-out fee is required to confirm all service visits (warranty and non-warranty).
Do you service all brands in Logan?
Yes. We repair and service all brands of residential gate and garage door motors. For new installations and replacements, we install Merlin (and Centsys where it's the best fit).
How fast can you attend in Logan?
We aim to respond within 3 business days (often sooner).
